SALARY: R25 000–R40 000 p.m., depending on qualifications and experience (gross/CTC basis to be confirmed)
Job Overview
We seek a qualified, trade-tested electrician to deliver theoretical and practical training across Modules M0–M6. The successful candidate will support electrical learners on a 3-year learnership towards trade test qualifications, including a new intake of 30 learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver theoretical lessons and practical workshop training for M0–M6.
- Demonstrate electrical tasks, supervise practical activities and enforce safe working practices.
- Monitor learner competence, identify learning gaps and provide remedial support.
- Maintain lesson plans, attendance registers and learner progress records.
- Prepare learners for programme assessment and progression towards trade test readiness.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified, trade-tested electrician with relevant industry experience.
- Strong electrical knowledge and practical competence relevant to M0–M6.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and manage a learner workshop.
- Available to deliver training at our Atlantis site.
- Previous facilitator, assessor and/or moderator experience preferred.
