¶ Permanent Placements:
Recruitment of suitable employees on behalf of clients.
¶ Temporary Placements:
Providing temporary staff appointments between 3 and 9 months.
¶ Labour Hire / Broking:
We can supply suitable candidates employed by GSS to work on clients premises for indefinite periods (clients are offered the option to permanently employ these staff at any stage).
¶ Response Handling:
A unique service suitable for clients who manage their own recruitment but require assistance with screening and short-listing of suitable candidates. The service includes advertising the position, managing responses and conducting initial interviews.
¶ Payroll Administration:
Managing the full payroll function on behalf of clients for monthly or weekly paid employees. This includes compiling PAYE, SDL, UIF, IRP5’s and other monthly returns required.
Grace Staffing Services Methodology
¶ Receive and discuss a job description and specifications as required by client.
¶ Match client requirements to existing database for suitable candidates.
¶ If necessary, GSS will advertise for suitable candidates.
¶ Manage screening, testing and interviewing process to find suitable employees.
¶ Prepare CV’s for short-listed candidates and submit to client for interviewing.
¶ Ensure proper reference, reference and criminal checks are conducted.
¶ Cross check authenticity of certificates and qualifications of candidates.
Fee Structure
Fees are calculated according to client needs. These range from charging a percentage of employees salaries to structuring an hourly rate charge. It is also possible to negotiate a fixed fee for administrative requirements.
Once GSS understands the client’s requirements a suitable fee structure will be agreed upon. |
